Kaiser Time #4

My character. This time he's colored with colored pencils and edited with level editing and Brightness/Contrast editing. By using the Polygonal Lasso Tool to specifically select any area that needs to be edited I would appropriately increase or decrease the brightness and contract. I would also change the levels as well making it lighter or darker where needed. Thus it would give the pic a more effective coloring and look with the colored pencils.
